December 2024 - Georgia Professional Standards Commission

The GaPSC regulates educators and teachers in the state of Georgia. RCG has been managing this project in partnership with our vendor partner, and the system replacement is slated to go live in February of 2026.

November 2024 - Florida Department of Financial Services

Florida DFS needed to modernize the student and education tracking system for the State Fire College. The RCG team is managing this implementation, and the project is projected to go live in August of 2025.

June 2023 - Nevada Financial Institutions Division

The Nevada FID was looking for assistance in configuring their existing licensing and regulatory software in order to increase productivity within the agency. RCG was able to assist in making changes and future recommendations to help process applications more effectively.

April 2023 - Nevada Mortgage Lending Division

The Nevada MLD was looking to review its business processes related to licensing. We deployed our team on site for shadowing sessions and produced a report that helped to identify bottlenecks and improve the agency’s efficiency.

October 2022 - Montana Public Services Commission

The Public Services Commission of Montana needed assistance with selecting a new case management system to improve the experience for regulated entities and citizens in the state. RCG stepped in and led the project from requirements gathering to procurement assistance all the way to go-live in December of 2023.

January 2020 - California Department of Consumer Affairs

The department of consumer affairs decide to replace its legacy license tracking system. Reunion Consulting Group managed the project on the vendor side and the system went live in the late stages of 2022.

May 2019 - RCG Signs with Nevada Real Estate / Mortgage Lending Divisions

Austin, TX: Reunion Consulting Group is pleased to announce it has engaged a professional services contract with the Nevada Real Estate and Mortgage Lending Divisions. These divisions are part of the Nevada Department of Business and Industry and are seeking assistance in requirements for a new license tracking system. As always, Reunion Consulting Group is committed to customer service excellence and this new customer is no exception. Our team is prepared to exceed expectations and provide the customer with the top notch service our existing customers are used to.

December 2018 - RCG selected by Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation

Reunion Consulting Group is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, effective January 3rd 2019. RCG’s main focus in this engagement will be to assess the current environment and bring its own experience to helping its new customer achieve their goals. RCG will be engaged full time and looking at multiple facets of the TDLR environment such as business processes, database configuration, enhancements and improvements to existing products to name a few. As always, maximizing customer satisfaction by delivering solid results is what RCG focuses on and TDLR has recognized these strengths.
