Steve Spyropoulos

Founder, CEO Reunion Consulting Group

Our founder, Steve Spyropoulos, has 25 years of experience in the information technology industry including 15 in the state government space. After graduating from the prestigious Presidents and Key Executives MBA program at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, Steve founded our company. Fluent in French, English and Greek, and PMP certified, he has led several projects across the United States (notably in Texas, Florida, Montana and California) with a singular focus on business process improvements and technology modernization.

Matthew Copher is a certified Project Manager and Scrum Master with over a decade of success delivering Agile IT solutions for federal and state agencies. He has led high-impact projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs, HHS, and Texas state agencies—modernizing systems, improving data quality, and enhancing citizen services. With deep expertise in SaaS implementation, data strategy, and Agile delivery, Matthew bridges business needs and technical execution to drive measurable results in the public sector.

Tom Perdue

Senior Consultant

Tom Perdue has extensively worked with numerous customers as a primary implementation and technical consultant. He has deep experience in configuring Versa solutions to meet legislative and regulatory requirements — notably, as the primary implementation expert on the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) project, where he led the migration and configuration of 13 licensing programs. This TDLR project involved the implementation of a new Versa system and Tom provided leadership and guidance to complete the work on time and within budget.
